NEXSM — Nagios EXtended Status Map — is a Java Web Start status map for Nagios for visualizing the status of hosts and services.

NEXSM — Nagios EXtended Status Map — is a Java Web Start status map for Nagios, with features such as pan & zoom, multiple views, and graphical view editing. It\'s written in Java 1.5.

The interface has a very natural pan and zoom feel, with quick access to host information, service detail pages, and extended links via the standard cgi. Layouts can be customized right in the browser, and multiple layouts can be saved for future use.

NEXSM is comprised of two components: The \"server-side\" component is a collection of scripts for reading the Nagios status files and NEXSM map configuration. The \"client-side\" is a Java application (launched via web-start) which polls the server for data regarding Nagios status, map configuration, etc.
