This add-on receive performance data from Nagios or generic source and permit you to make and see custom graphs, reports and "brainy" analysis. It's open source and cross-platform.
c2n - Cacti to Nagios
c2n.cgi is a filter/wrapper for the frontend of Cacti to include it in Nagios. As a side effect it seems to be faster then using Cacti directly. May be because a lot of Javascript and dynamic menus is filtered out.
FIFO-RRD

RRD-Graph is a Perl script which shares a common configuration scheme with FIFO-RRD. RRD-Graph will read the FIFO-RRD configuration, along with it\'s own configuration to create graphs from the data stored in RRDs by FIFO-RRD.
